I have been selling real estate for over 32 years, so I have worked with a lot of real estate agents. One thing I have come to realize is that there are really two kinds of real estate agents. One type are the kind that think that being professional and looking out for their client means being combative and adversarial, and treating every situation as though it were a battle to be fought . The other kind of agent is exactly what I recognize in James.....the ones that know we are all working towards the same goal, that we have an obligation to be fair and respectful to EVERYONE in a transaction, and that this can be accomplished best with kindness and the ability to problem solve .

James is one of the best agents I have ever worked with. He kept his cool and worked through what could have been an insurmountable problem, and he did it with a level of professionalism I don't see often enough in this business. I am going to be looking out for any of James listings and hope that I get there first so I can have the privilege of working with him again.
